Integrated Management system Policy

Since 2009 MULTISERW-Morek has been certified to the international Quality Standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Certification to ISO 9001 ensures MULTISERW-Morek’s business processes have been independently audited by an external governing body, and have been recognised as meeting the criteria required by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).  Therefore our customers can be assured of the highest level of quality, service and system standards.

Our quality system is independently audited every twelve (12) months, with recertification compliance conducted every three (3) years.

Mission

Our mission is to ensure solutions on an international level, adapted to the requirements of our consumers, and a constant development and improvement.The Integrated Management System, based on the ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001:2004 norms, is a proof that we meet expectations of our clients and society and is a method of management in the Multiserw-Morek Company.

The company offers comprehensive solutions in a scope of design and production of the laboratory for the founding, road and cubature engineering equipment as well as equipment for a particle size distribution of granular and powder materials analysis and car service.

Our main aim is to strengthen a position of a leader in a field of modern technical solutions. It is done by living clients’ expectations and increasing an assortment, which gives the opportunity of a constant development.  As dynamically developing company we put on an increase of an employment and enhancing employees’ competences and qualifications.

The company strives to systematic increase of the quality of produced devices and performed services, adapting them to client’s requirements and expectations, with the respect for the environment. Ensuring a maximal safety of all employees, we place emphasis on:

• Constant market monitoring, systematic increase of the quality of produced devices and performed services and adapting them to the clients’ expectations,
• Cooperation with trusted suppliers, who meet our qualitative and environmental requirements as well as a requirement of punctual orders realisation and offering our clients products which are characterised by a high functional quality,
• Enhancing employees’ qualifications and awareness, mainly by the trainings focused on the quality and issues of an environmental protection,
• Resources development and using technological solutions which contribute to the improvement of quality and to a decrease of a negative influence on the environment.

Each employee knows the policy of the integrated management system and sticks to its rules.
